Our Story
When West Pecan Coffee + Beer first opened their doors in 2018, there was a constant stream of local makers reaching out and asking if they could set up a table inside or on the porch of the coffee shop.
We were receiving so many inquiries that we knew this was something the community needed, and it needed structure. When the collective first started, we had just five vendors set up on the front porch of West Pecan and a few vendors on the porch of Wink Boutique (now, The Merc).
GROWING.
As more vendors joined, the Collective began to grow into the West Pecan parking lot and then grew to Hassell Dental’s lawn, and other small businesses downtown thanks to the hard work of the Pecan Street Collective team.
In 2021, the Collective completely took over the West Pecan Coffee parking lot — people loved it and the market has since expanded to Hassell Dental, The Sewing Station, The Merc, Ceramics N More & Pecan Street Market.
Today, we serve downtown Pflugerville with ten markets throughout the year bringing the best makers and entrepreneurs of central Texas to the community.
Our small and mighty team navigates up to 60 vendors per market and serves hundreds of local shoppers with the best artisanal goods, foods, gifts, and community organizations of Central Texas.
You’ll find us on the first Saturday of the month in the heart of downtown Pflugerville, except for July, January & December.
Additionally, we have two markets every November to support Small Business Saturday.
We work throughout the year to make sure small businesses without storefronts to have access to the creative and thriving economy of our town.

The market changes every month with new vendors but you can usually find a host of creators of jewelry, body care, tumblrs, wreaths, clothing, accessories, home goods, artisan goods, crafts, baked goods, prepared foods (soup, etc.), handmade products, healthcare products, artists, herbalists. We also have community sponsors offering services, as well as local organizations.

No, the Pecan Street Collective is a private endeavor of local businesses owners who want to see local makers thrive and have a way to display their products to the general public.

If you want to show off your car, simply drive down to Main Street and follow the signage, traffic directors on where to park. No registration necessary.
For spectators, you can just walk down Main Street and see all the rad rides!
